By purchasing or using A.I Traffic Machine you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for your own campaigns. You may not resell the software or share your account.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the product to send spam, promote illegal offers, or violate the terms of any third-party platform (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, ChatGPT, etc.). You are responsible for the content you publish.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled per the policy shown at checkout. Email billy@getspindle.org within the refund window with your order ID.

No Guarantees

We make no promises about the amount of traffic, sales, or income you will generate. See our Earnings Disclosure for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim.
